What's been going on? you might like to know... :

Well... it's been a long couple of weeks... and it's still getting longer... There is enough work to last me for the REST OF MY LIFE... hehe...

Tom's not doing too well... hopefully it's not as serious as last time... didn't really understand Mrs. O'Malley's explanation b/c she was a bit incoherent...

Welps.... on a better note... I definitely am staying in Ithaca over the summer :) woohoo... gonna be in a lab full time on campus -- we're working with TROPICAL CUCUMBERS! genetic sequencing and all that... part of some other thing w/ flies and such w/ cornell college and the smithsonian... woohooooo... it is more interesting and glamorous than i have the energy to put it in words... ahahah.... anywho... SWEET is all i can say... SWEEEEEEEEEEEET.... it'll be crazy hot here i imagine... i wonder if i'm going to have ANY type of air conditioning... innnnteresting...... no need for that much detail right now...


Other things on my plate:

RA stuff -- Applied, now deemed hireable, I will be going to the so aptly-named, "Hireable Social" and make myself seem as if worth hiring! woooohoooooo.... then hopefully, I'll be an RA in the fall of 2004! But, I honestly have my doubts... the applicant pool seems HUGE... hahah :P

An Additional summer job? -- I'm probably applying for another job w/ summer housing ppl in an attempt to get free housing and a little bit more extra money... (I'm saving up for London! Spring '05!) ... though I don't know if they would hire me... I got nothin' to lose, i suppose... hehe....


Other school things:

Though they haven't been officially deemed "Mid-Term" Exams, I have a reaction paper and a "Quiz" in Family Violence which really means test... A chem exam... yes... I am SOOOO looking forward to that.... and of course, a Bio Exam... and probably a Bio Lab Quiz... whee.... a fun filled weekend before spring break...


Regarding my Spring Break:

I will be staying on campus, making a few extra bucks at the CC. I will be getting so much sleep that I will be able to stay awake for a MONTH w/o sleep.... :D .... might hang out w/ some ppl that are gonna be around for the hell of it... iinnnnteresting... ;D Who wants to come visit me in Ithaca!! :D ;D

Some Thing.


So, this is it, the feeling of an empty hole in the core of your existence caused by a loss that can never be replaced or refilled. And, afterwhile, after failing to heal, the hole begins to envolpe you in a cocoon that is not unlike the black hole; overwhelming. powerful. empty. silent. yet surprisingly, it doesn't rip through your shell you consider your skin and tear the rest of the world apart. No, it stays in the cavity you call your body. The forces pull and push until it becomes a swirling mess of emotion and confusion, all getting sucked into that single hole, and that's how it enters the body, the pain, the anguish, the sadness, the helplessness. It seeps into the blood, fueling it. It seeps further into the heart, poisoning it. It seeps into the mind, inhibiting it. How are you going to escape? How?

All you can do is thrash around in that cocoon, not knowing, not even seeing what is happening around you. And, maybe, just maybe, you can make your escape.

so... i'm going to try to attempt to do the impossible... to blog almost everyday... even if it's just to say i feel like crap, i think i'm gonna do that... hehe...

anywho... it's late... for me... i've been tired a lot... i should start taking the vitamins again...

i turned in my application for RA position last week, and signed up for a day for group processing and individual interviews on monday. I don't know if i'm nervous or anxious... oh and of course, I have a weekend rotation shift from 8AM - 12 PM on the day of the group process, which is at one. anywho... I don't really know if I have a good chance at all... I actually kind of doubt that I do... I can only imagine that I'm up against people who have done a bizillion activities and extracurriculars... whereas I have done squat compared to them... I think I'm jealous... haha... anywho... it will be what it'll be...

My brain has turned to mush and I can't think of what I wanted to write... good...
